Our in-company negotiation training courses

Develop your negotiation skills in an open, operational environment through Arcante Consulting's inter-company training sessions, which allow professionals from different organisations to train together in negotiation methods. Within a confidential and demanding framework, participants work on the key stages of negotiation: preparation, strategy, balance of power, concessions, argumentation, posture, and conducting discussions. The objective: to enable everyone to leave with a clear method, concrete tools, and reflexes that can be immediately applied to their own negotiations.

The benefits of inter-company training

  • A flexible and effective format, structured and human-sized, compatible with individual upskilling needs.
  • Rich exchanges between participants, thanks to the diversity of profiles and sectors represented, fostering stepping back, openness, and constructive confrontation of approaches.
  • Bespoke, practice-oriented pedagogy with training sessions alternating methodological input, case studies, simulations, and debriefings to test, experiment with, and integrate negotiation principles.
