Delivered in one day, the Negotiation Introduction training aims to enable negotiators involved in setting up or managing medium-stakes negotiations to understand the negotiation situations they will face, thanks to an adapted methodology:

  • Manage the scope for manoeuvre and associated concessionary systems,
